SHIPPING INFORMATION

FREE AND FAST SHIPPING throughout Italy, for a purchase of €30 or more, for amounts below this amount the cost is €6.

Orders with customizations may require an extra day to process.

Estimated delivery in 1-3 business days

with the exception of Venice, the islands and disadvantaged areas

where an increase of up to 96 hours from the estimated date is possible.

Shipments are made within 24 hours,

i.e. within 1 working day of receiving payment,

from Monday to Friday by express courier.

Orders placed before 12.30pm will be processed the same day,

Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed the next working day.

The shipping code will be promptly inserted in the order details

to allow the buyer to track the shipping process and know the delivery date.

📧 On the day of shipment you will receive a first email with the shipping details and the link to track the shipment,

You will then receive a second email confirming delivery.

⚠️ The courier will attempt 2 deliveries,

if both deliveries have a NEGATIVE OUTCOME

the shipment will go into storage

and returned to the sender within 2 days.

The buyer will be refunded the cost of the product

excluding shipping costs incurred by the company

(outgoing shipment + return shipment).

Please specify any:

Shipping with Cash on Delivery has an additional cost of €4.99.
