Customized wallets are not returnable.
If you need to return or exchange your order for any reason, we're here to help!

We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
You can return the product for a credit, a different product, or a direct refund.
Please note the following conditions of our return and exchange policy:
Returned items must still have the tags attached and be returned in their original packaging, undamaged, and in the same condition in which they were delivered.
Returned items must show no visible signs of wear or use.
Items must be in resalable condition.

Select the product you wish to return or exchange from your order.
Send the order name, the order number of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return or exchange.
Slim Italia staff will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

Refunds will be issued within 48 business hours of receiving the product at our company, after verifying its complete integrity.
In the event of a damaged or incorrect product, SLim Italia will cover all shipping costs for the replacement or return. You will receive detailed shipping instructions and a prepaid label to affix to the package, which the courier will collect from your address.
